A fantastic 4 rok apartment with 2 toilettes freshly build in 2018 in the nice area of Gröndal. You are 50m away from water on a view to Mälaren and a lot of green areas for walking and jogging. Football pitch is just around the corner. Bus 133 from/to Liljleholmen with max 15 minutes waiting on weekends while only 6 minutes on rush hours. 10 minutes walking to Gröndal centrum and Gröndal Tvärbana station. A very safe place for kids to play freely. A lot of Kindergartens and Schools around. I need to swap it due to change in family situation so don't need a big apartment anymore and just enough with 1 or 2 rok.
