The house is created in 1995, and is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of the village and without through traffic. Our house is bright, cozy and comfortable with a new touch.
In addition to three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and a spacious dining and living room on the ground floor of the house also offers a lot of extra space for the children. A game room with tois and a television and game room with Nitendo Wii in the attic needs to allow for all individual uses.
There is a large bathroom with direct access from parentsroom, and a smaller bathroom with a shower and toilet on children's rooms. The kitchen has all the practical kitchen appliances like a washing machine, coffee maker, oven and a new steamer.
For the children, there are many things to play inside and outside. For swimming at the lake or for excursions in the vicinity there are several bikes for adults and 2 bicycles for children. These are in very good condition and well maintained.
Round the house there is a small garden with a covered seat. A gasgrill is available for barbecues.

Altdorf, is a village with 10'000 inhabitants in central Switzerland, and offers plenty of variety. There are some historic buildings, museums and a theater of the region.
The Swiss national hero Willhelm Tell (F. Schiller's "Willhelm Tell") to be used in the canton of Uri. Altdorf and the environment has a lot of culture and to offer countless opportunities for active holidays.
The Mountains (also higher mountains)are very near for excursions and hiking and for Skiing there are several opportunities, two parts with glacier until 3000 m and this parts are only 30 min. away.
The lake 'Vierwaltstättersee' is only 5 minutes away and one of the best surfing areas in switzerland. To play golf is possible nearby. On Lakeside are countless beautiful bathing and surfing opportunities, which are quickly accessible by bike or car.

In case of bad weather in northern Switzerland, in the south part of Switzerland (Bellinzona, Locarno, Lugano) the weather could be better. This region bordering on Italy and has southern flair, which is always a worthwhile trip.
In Flüelen (5 minutes from Altdorf) begins the Lace Lucerne, where the steam- or motorboats starts for a tripp to Lucern. The City of Lucern is one of the famoust tourist area of central Switzerland!
Many well-known scenic mountains like Pilatus, Titlis, Rigi, Stanserhorn usw., lure with beautiful hikes or rices are comfortable with a mountain railway.
For sporting people, we have a lot of interesting Mountain Bike or running trails nearby. The tour descriptions are detailed. For almost all sports-activity are possibilities in the vicinity.
Very good Skiing is possible 25 minutes away.

René (45), engineering / business management has as a hobby mountain biking and a lot of jogging in the summer (also with Marathon experience) and skiing in winter sports primarily. Susanne (42), housewife / secretary operates nordic walking, aerobics and cycling together with the family. Sarah attended the first Class in high school and is 12 years old. She plays badminton, skiing, goes to dance, likes to read and take care of babies to be happy. Philipp is 10 years old. He is technically gifted, plays tennis, skiing, makes sport in general and like to play Nintendo Wii. In the holidays we are happy to play swim near the ocean or a lake for and.
