Our 5 bedroom home overlooks the valley and have views of the Danube river (distance) It has a summer swimming pool, BBQ area and large garden. There are 5 double bedrooms, a study, walk-in wardrobes and 3 bathrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, library, utilty room plus a conservatory. It is surrounded by terraces to enjoy the scenery or dine al-fresco. It is newly completed.

Our house is located in the outskirts of the village of Golyama Brestnica, up the hill from Brestnica. The village has a shop/cafe for essential and bus service into Yablanistsa town. This is a traditional Bulgarian village centred around a square with an active town hall. In Brestnica there are more shops and cafes. Yablanista is 6km away and has supermarkets, banks, etc.
We are located at the edge of the national park and the depva caves are 4km away. Our house is a quiet family home for family time and exploring the forgotten country of Bulgaria.
The food in Bulgaria is fresh and fresher. It is all bought and grown locally so the BBQ area is always on....
